As earlier planned to launch DRAGON SPACECRAFT on 28th of May at 2:00 a.m. IST (Wednesday 27th May at 4:32p.m. EDT). The two astronauts were in quarantine approximately from last two weeks.

The first launch of the Space-X private  agency has been postponed due to inclement weather. Space-X has been working on this program from last 6 years. Space-X rocket Falcon 9 with NASA pilots Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken would carry the Dragon capsule again from the Kennedy International Space Station on Saturday 30th of May 3:22 p.m. EDT (Sunday, 31st May, 12:52 a.m. IST) or 19:22 UTC as planned or on the 31st May at 3:00 p.m. EDT or 19:00 UTC (Monday, 1 June, 12:30 a.m. IST)  . On May 30 will be the another chance to send astronauts to the International Space Station(ISS). This is the first time that a private company is taking astronauts into space instead of the government. For the first time nearly after a decade, astronauts will fly from Florida. NASA commercial program manager Cathy Lueders said that all the work is being done correctly so far. May 31st and  June 1st planned launch will be additional backup launch times.

The NASA astronauts will dock the spacecraft with ISS about 19 hours after lift off, according to launch time. The second reunion of launch of DRAGON weather forecast for launch is nearly 60% favourable.

Hans Koinsman, a Vice-President of Space-X, said that the projection controller team would first focus on the patterns of global weather changes to determine whether it is safe to launch. As Space-X company is unable to launch NASA astronauts on Wednesday, the next attempt will be made on Saturday.

The brand new Falcon-9 rocket first stage will land on sea after separating from astronauts. US President Donald Trump will also be present at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida along with other visitors to witness this historic watch of DRAGON SPACECRAFT. The center has given the flight a green signal after months of lockdown due to coronavirus. Due to virus restrictions and lockdown common people have been asked to watch this launch through live stream. The live stream will be available before 4 hours of liftoff.

NASA's commercial crew program was launched with the aim of developing a private spacecraft to transport American astronauts into space. The program was started during the tenure of former President Barack Obama. However, Donald Trump sees this as a symbol of his strategy for America's domination in space. Then they want to build a space army or strengthen the general army. He had ordered NASA to reach the moon again by 2024 through ARTEMIS PROGRAM which is an impossible timetable, but which has given the space agency a boost.
